About Us

History

CDHRP was founded in Upstate New York in 1985 by Ann Reis, Director. Since then, it has provided a broad range of human resource, organizational and leadership development services to a variety of organizations primarily based in New York’s Capital District area.

While the majority of Ann’s experience has been focused in organizational needs assessment, leadership development, talent management, employee satisfaction and teambuilding, the company has grown to include consultants with expertise in all areas of human resource strategic alignment, planning and management.

Ann received her Master’s degree in organizational psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, and her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Virginia. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce.

Clients

Clients served include privately and publicly held companies, with unionized and non-unionized workforces, locally and internationally-based, in for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors.
