Ann Reis

Ann Reis, CDHRP founder and President, received her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, and her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Virginia.

She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Capital Region HR Association.

She also is a passionate supporter of the Women’s Employment Resource Center (WERC), the Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless, and the Veteran’s Miracle Center.
